Proteomics describes large-scale analysis of proteins in a biological sample. The aim of these studies is to determine the protein parts that are present in such samples and to define their concentrations, molecular states, structures, functions or connections. At the interface between bioimaging, proteomics and artificial intelligence are fundamental aspects of human cell biology systematically assessed at a single cell level using an antibody-based approach.
